30 July 2004: Thanks to the kind folks at DIY Games for their words of praise, Digital Deadwood has appeared on a number of other gaming sites including the Australian Gamehead site at cheats.gamehead.com.au. If you know of some ways to help us promote Digital Deadwood, contact us! The more promotion we get, the more popular we become and the faster we can fully develop the concept. Exciting!

28 July 2004: Digital Deadwood received an outstanding write-up today on DIY Games at www.diygames.com. We're the top headline, and sure as *#!% isn't hard to miss! A great big thanks to the DIY editorial team for helping to get the word out!

27 July 2004: Welcome to the beginning of the Days of '76! A HistoryLink entry on the celebration is coming soon, but until then you can get some more info from the Deadwood Chamber of Commerce.

23 July 2004: Join us tomorrow afternoon at the Bullock Hotel! Digital Deadwood will have a demo center set up near the front door to help the hotel celebrate the 155th anniversary of Seth Bullock's birth. If you have questions or want to meet some of the developers, drop by sometime between 2 PM and 4 PM.

21 July 2004: Now that the shootout game and new start screen are up and online, we've started to do some minor tweaking to the website. You'll notice that we now have an automatic password retrieval system. Just enter your e-mail address and your password will be sent to you automatically!

19 July 2004: At long last, the shootout game and central portal screens are online! You'll also notice that your avatar has a better time walking around (must have given up the bottle)! Log In now to check it out.

16 July 2004: You can also find some game data up on The Online Gaming Network. You can vote for DIGITAL DEADWOOD and read comments from other users by clicking here.

15 July 2004: You may notice DIGITAL DEADWOOD popping up on some gaming sites in the near future. With the shootout and other features coming up, people are noticing. If you like what you see, feel free to vote for us on the Top Web Games website by clicking here.

7 July 2004: We've been furiously working behind the scenes to add a number of new little features to the site! One of the most noticeable is the way your avatars walk. They get to their destination a little bit straighter, but they also turn to face your mouse pointer. They must have finally sobered up...
